Join Helen from Bee Breath Yoga & Sea Hags Tasmania and Tina from The Cacao Embassy for a half-day of movement, creativity, and heart-opening cacao as we transition into winter. This morning together is an opportunity to heal the body, mind and soul, and prepare for the darker, cooler months ahead. Nourish yourself with warmth, connection, and rejuvenating practices to support your body through the colder season. Tranquil Point Retreat

In February 2024, I hosted a retreat for the first time. 

8 people attended at Tranquil Point, which provided delicious vegan sattvik food at our request.

We had 270-degree views of the bay, lovely comfortable rooms and our own private beach for morning ocean dips.

Liila Hass from Oneness Wellbeing held workshops on the yogic diet, tips for longevity and mantra meditation, whilst Pia Om provided Thai yoga massage.
